Weight Loss Consultation
Initial consultation is approximately an hour in duration. We will review your history, consents, labs, and health goals. A detailed discussion of the various weight loss medications available on today's market, their risks, benefits and efficacy. Please ensure labs are forwarded and history completed prior to scheduled appointment. Patients interested in and who qualify may receive a complimentary GLP 1 agonist injection the day of their visit, along with instructions on administration of medication.

Check-in Weight/symptom check in (For compound weight loss patient's only)
A brief 10-15 minute in person or Telehealth check in where patient is weighed, medication dosage verified, review any potential concerns, side effects or special needs. Practitioner consulted during visit if needed, and a new plan of care is established based on visit. **Please note In-depth discussions should book illness evaluation to allow appropriate time to address patients needs. Monthly Check-in for WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS
A monthly check in with the Practitioner for patients REQUIRING WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS, includes any potential prior authorization paperwork. This can be online or in person.
Sick or Injury Evaluation
Evaluation of acute illness or injury. Treatment, referrals, prescriptions as well as work/school notes as needed.

Testosterone Consultation

Injections by Kinsley-Botox
Injection/consultation appointment, takes approximately 30-45 minutes for initial appointment. Follow up and subsequent appointments are approximately 15 minutes. We will discuss overall goals, risks, benefits and care of injection sites during appointment.

Facial
Personalized facial based on skin consult, patient's treatment goals. May select from chemical peel, derma peel, hydradermabrasion, basic, anti-aging, brightening, therapeutic or relaxing facial. Each facial may have add ons as determined by individual needs or desires such as derma plane, waxing, or extractions. Goals and specific facials will be determined prior to facial with a phone or in person consultation prior to treatment appointment. All scheduled facials will receive a call from the Esthetician to determine needs and discuss price.

Lip Filler
Using 8-D lip design each client is given a free consultation to evaluate risks, benefits, pre-post care and overall treatment goals. Placement time varies on individual, typically 45 minutes to allow for numbing medications to kick in, photos and post care instructions.

IV therapy
Individualized IV therapy kits based on patient needs, goals-determined prior to treatment time. All scheduled IV appointments will receive a call from the nurse or practitioner to discuss treatment selection and consents.

Single Injection Visit
This is a Nurse visit to either receive an injection that has been purchased or to have education and demo of self injections for either subcutaneous or DEEP IM injections. 15 minute appointments. no charge if medication has been purchased from our clinic.

Laser Consultation
This is a skin evaluation, testing of desired treatment pending treatment choice and skin type. This consultation takes approximately 30-45 minutes and consist of the different treatments offered, pre and post care, skin typing and patch testing if needed. Includes risks, benefits, contraindications, project number of treatments, scheduling and a pre-skin care kit to prepare for specific treatment. Laser treatments include Diolaze (hair removal), Lumecca (skin tightening, vascular lesions, large pores and spot remover), and Morpheus 8 (reduce fine lines, wrinkles, scars, and vascularities -face, neck, body)

Teeth Whitening
Teeth Whitening session using 45% peroxide with curing light. can take up to 1 hour depending on each client's teeth.
